Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We will issue a refund or replacement for your product if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product has the wrong color, size, or design.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement
- You must contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Please provide all necessary details, including product photos and a clear description of the issue, order number.
Refund and Replacement Process

Contact us via email at support@tendpins.com to report the issue with your product. Please include photos of the product, order number, and a detailed description of the problem.
- Within 7 days of receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation email and your request will be processed. You will have 2 options:
- Replacement Product: If you choose a replacement, we will ship the replacement product and provide you with a tracking number within 1-7 days from the production date.
- Refund: If you choose a refund, we will initiate the refund immediately. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We do not accept refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Change of mind: If you change your mind or no longer want the product after the purchase.
- Product damage caused by the customer: If the product has been damaged by the customer, for example, due to misuse, wear and tear, or alterations.
- Used products: If the product has been used or washed.
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt.
