Simply select your style on the product page, then click the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

3. HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER

  • For PayPal Payments
    • Step 1: Choose PayPal as your payment method.
    • Step 2: You will be redirected to PayPal's secure website.
    • Step 3: Log in to your PayPal account or select guest checkout.
    • Step 4: Confirm the payment.
  • Confirm your order and complete the payment process. 

After payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. HOW WILL I KNOW IF PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will contain detailed information about your order, order number, and payment method.

5. MY CARD IS NOT BEING ACCEPTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your card is not accepted, please check the following:

  • Ensure that the card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) are entered correctly.

  • Make sure your bank account or PayPal has sufficient funds.

6. CAN I PAY IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY?

All transactions at Tendpins are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars). However, if your card is using a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the payment into USD at the current exchange rate.

7. WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Immediately after you successfully place your order.

8. HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

9. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

On average, your goods need 5 - 7 days to prepare. They will then be packed and shipped.

10. MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING

It can take 3-5 days for tracking numbers to appear in the carrier's system. Occasionally, the carrier may lose an order. If the tracking number still does not work after a few days, please contact the carrier.

If your order has not arrived after 30-45 days, please contact our team, we are happy to assist.
